This Privacy Policy explains how MrZ Apps ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our iOS applications ("Apps"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Information We Collect

Third-Party Advertising — Google AdMob

Our Apps may display advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. Google may collect and use certain data from your device to serve relevant ads, which may include:

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV)
• Device information and approximate location (if permitted by iOS)
• Interaction data with advertisements
• IP address and general usage signals

This data is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policies. MrZ Apps does not receive, access, or control this data. You can review Google's data practices and opt-out options at:

You may also limit ad tracking at the iOS system level under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, our Apps request your permission before any cross-app tracking occurs. You may deny this permission at any time without affecting core app functionality.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

California Residents (CCPA)

As MrZ Apps does not collect personal information directly, there is no personal data to access, delete, or opt out of selling. To the extent Google AdMob engages in data practices subject to the CCPA, those are governed by Google's own compliance mechanisms. California residents may exercise rights with Google directly via Google's privacy controls.

Data Security

Because we do not collect or store any user data on our own systems, there is no MrZ Apps database that could be breached. All ad-related data security is governed by Google.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our Apps after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Response Times

We aim to respond within 2–5 business days. Response times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods. Support is provided in English.

Before You Write

• Ensure your iOS and the App are updated to the latest version
• Try closing and reopening the App, or restarting your device
• For billing and purchase issues, please contact Apple Support directly, as all transactions are processed by Apple

Refunds

All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. MrZ Apps does not handle payments or issue refunds. Please request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restrictions

You may not, without express written permission from MrZ Apps:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our Apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Create derivative works based on the Apps
• Use our name, logo, or branding in any manner
• Sublicense or resell access to the Apps

License Grant

Your purchase or download of an App grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Third-Party Attributions

Where our Apps incorporate open-source libraries or third-party components, such components remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their applicable licenses. Google AdMob is a trademark of Google LLC.

No Warranties

OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MRZAPPS, ITS OWNER(S), OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR APPS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE U.S. DOLLAR ($1.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MrZ Apps and its owner(s) from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Apps or violation of these terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the developer's residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Standard EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and MrZ Apps regarding the Apps and supersede all prior agreements.
